Cancellation

Cancellations will not be accepted once t-shirts have been ordered or printed.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Before starting your returning process please contact us for Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number at roberta@coloryourlife.lt. Please let us know your online purchase number, contact details, date of purchase and what merchandise you would like to return it.

The RMA number once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the parcel.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of custom-printed apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed or effective. Please note that sizing can vary between body types and styles. If you have any questions about how the garment may fit, please be consulted by our size chart on the side of each product on our website or alternatively please email us: roberta@coloryourlife.lt

We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect size and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.

If your items are misprinted, materially flawed or defective in any way, please contact us at roberta@coloryourlife.lt within 5 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint or credit. Please provide your purchase order with all your correspondence.

Return for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
